Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group began in 1968 as a small division of Tom Grizzard, Inc. in Leesburg, Lake County, Florida. Being a small town on the outskirts of pre-Walt Disney World Orlando our commercial team concentrated on the sale of citrus groves, and our team gained a reputation of integrity and local market expertise.

As the Orlando market grew and helped feed the population growth of Lake County we began to diversify into the brokerage of development land for retail, multi-family, and industrial uses, commercial property management, and landlord/tenant representation. As our community continued to grow and develop so did we. Our team members have adapted with the ever changing economic and real estate needs of our clients and now proudly offer investment property brokerage, 1031 expertise, property management, and development consulting throughout the Central Florida market.

Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group recently spun off from Tom Grizzard, Inc. and now is the dominant full service commercial real estate firm in Lake, Sumter, and Marion Counties. We work with investors and developers nationwide but haven’t forgotten our humble beginnings.
